The facility totals 17,000 square feet and provides 85 apartment units, 11 garden homes and commons areas that include a library, café, game room, exercise room, creative arts center, chapel, dining room and private dining room. DSM worked with the client to fulfill their vision for the Summit: “Southern hospitality for the new century”. The Summit was designed to reflect the character of Lynchburg and to provide a beautiful and welcoming environment that would assist residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life for years to come.
