This skilled nursing facility includes 120 beds, a rehab center and commons areas that include two dining rooms, four “neighborhood” day rooms, recreation room and a variety of large and small social areas. Interior design goals established with the client ensured that the level of design, furnishings and finishes would represent the same attention to detail that was established for The Summit Independent Living Facility. The client was committed to the goal of providing residents access to daylight and exterior views throughout the facility.
